How Queantic works

WordPress plugin

Queantic Analytics (plugin 5.0+) needs one API key. Paste it in Settings, and Queantic creates a tracker for each post and page automatically — and keeps them in sync as you publish, rename, trash, or delete.

1. Generate or copy your key under Settings → Integrations.
2. In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → search Queantic Analytics → Install & Activate.
3. Paste the key and press Connect.

Your real Queantic dashboard then loads inside wp-admin (not a copy). Larger sites may take a few minutes to finish the first sync.

Trackers

Everything you measure is a tracker (pixel). From the dashboard you can:

• Create a website tracker or a short link tracker.
• Rename a tracker or update its source domain (paid plans).
• Reset counts if you need a clean slate.
• Delete trackers you no longer need.

Plugin-connected WordPress sites create and hide trackers for you as content changes. Manual trackers are for sites you wire yourself or for link campaigns.

Shared dashboards

Share a read-only analytics view without giving someone your login. On the dashboard, use Share on a tracker to copy a /shared/… link.

• Recipients see metrics and can refresh data — they cannot change settings or delete trackers.
• You can also share a domain-level dashboard when multiple pages roll up under one site.
• Anyone with the link can view it, so treat shared URLs like secrets if the data is sensitive.

API key & integrations

Your key looks like qntc_…. It is shown once when generated (and once more on the dashboard if you just created an account with trackers waiting).

• Open Settings → Integrations to generate, view status, or rotate.
• The same key works with the WordPress plugin and any HTTP client (PHP, Python, Node, curl).
• Store it like a password — anyone with the key can create trackers under your account within plan limits.

Plans & limits

Plans cap how many trackers you can keep active. Free starts at 5 trackers; paid tiers raise that ceiling (25, 100, or unlimited depending on plan).

• Your current usage shows on the dashboard next to your plan name.
• Hitting the limit blocks new trackers until you upgrade or delete unused ones.
• Billing and plan changes live under Settings → Subscription (paid accounts) or the pricing page.

Privacy

Queantic is built for cookie-free, server-side collection. There is no client-side tracking script that drops identifiers in the browser for analytics, and numbers are meant to survive a privacy review.
