Terms
Note: These Terms of Service apply only to the hosted version of Queantic. If you are in possession of a self-hosted version deployed on your own infrastructure, these terms do not apply.
We may update these Terms of Service over time. When significant changes occur, we’ll announce them on our website or notify you via email.
By using our services—now or in the future—you agree to the most recent version of these Terms. This includes all Queantic products and features added over time. If we choose not to enforce any part of these terms, it does not mean we waive our right to do so in the future. These terms include limitations of liability and incorporate our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR and CCPA compliance.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Queantic is not liable for any loss due to your failure to safeguard these credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- You must provide accurate information, including your full name and a valid email address.
- Automated account creation (e.g., bots) is prohibited.
Payments, Refunds, Upgrades, and Downgrades
- We offer a free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, payment is required to continue access.
- If payment is not received after the trial, your account will be frozen. After 60 days of inactivity, it may be canceled.
- Upgrading from trial to paid starts a new billing cycle on the day of the upgrade.
- We bill customers via credit card or other approved processors.
- Pageviews (or "trackers") in a paid plan must be used during the subscription term; unused quota is forfeited.
- We do not charge for short-term traffic spikes. If your usage exceeds your plan for two consecutive months, we’ll ask you to upgrade or cancel.
- You can change plans at any time. Downgrading may result in feature or data loss.
- All payments are handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe or Paddle), who also manages taxes and refunds.
- Fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Termination
- You must cancel your account through your dashboard. Email requests are not accepted.
- If canceled mid-cycle, service remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, data becomes inaccessible.
- After 60 days of cancellation, data is permanently deleted.
- You may choose to delete your account and data instantly.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, especially in cases of abuse or illegal use.
- Any form of abuse toward Queantic staff or customers results in immediate termination.
Modifications to the Service and Pricing
- We may modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.
- Pricing changes will include at least 30 days’ notice to existing customers.
- Queantic is not liable for service modifications, price changes, or suspensions.
